Your delivery information will be available for customers to view and compare with other sellers.
You must ship your items with a courier that can provide delivery tracking and proof of shipping with respect to all orders if required.
Tracking information is essential as it notifies the customer that the order has been dispatched and allows them to arrange their delivery schedule. It is important to provide accurate and timely tracking updates and to only make this information available once an item has been dispatched.
If the order is being shipped from overseas, the courier website must be able to provide accurate and up to date information on the location of the parcel, including the domestic tracking.
We highly recommend that you use a tracked service and specify the method of delivery on your product listings. If you're not using a tracked service, should the item be lost in transit or the customer claims to have not received the goods, you will be required to send a replacement or refund the order.
If you know that your products will require customers to provide the courier with assistance unloading, this must be noted on the product listing.
MyDeal asks that orders are sent in a secure way and, if possible, a signature to be collected upon delivery. However, if you or the courier requires Authority to Leave, this must be discussed with the customer beforehand. More on Authority to Leave (ATL) can be found here.
