After a customer receives your product we invite them to post a review about the product. These product reviews help future customers making their purchases, guides the marketplace on which products to showcase and helps sellers sort out any issues using the qualitative feedback.
All sellers have their own storefront providing a description of their business, a product catalogue and a full collection of all customer reviews collected for their products. These reviews are then averaged out into an overall seller rating (up to 5 stars). Maintaining a strong seller rating builds customer confidence in your products.
Across our over 2,000 categories, our products are ranked on a weighted algorithm between sales volume and high customer ratings. It is in sellers’ interests to have good product reviews as these cause them to rank higher in the category pages.
