MyDeal utilises our Zendesk platform to allow both customers and sellers to communicate directly with each other. This will improve resolution time frames and the quality of communication with customers, as well as allow the business to sustainably scale.
Selected sellers can access Zendesk by logging into their Marketplace Portal at: https://marketplace.mydeal.com.au.
Once logged into the Marketplace, click the “View Zendesk tickets” link located at the top of the screen.
Once logged into Zendesk we strongly recommend that sellers do not work from the ‘home’ or ‘dashboard’ screen and instead work from the ‘Views’ page.
