If products or vouchers received are incorrect or do not match their description, you must provide one of the following remedies to the customer within 10 business days of being notified.
- Arrange a replacement of the correct products/vouchers at no additional cost, dispatch and provide the delivery tracking to the customer; or
- Issue a full refund via the Marketplace Portal
You are responsible for arranging the collection or return of the incorrect products with the customer at the your own cost, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note: If the product is not as advertised, you must contact MyDeal as soon as possible to request your listing to be updated. You are responsible for ensuring that your product listings are updated on the MyDeal website accurately.
