You will receive an email notification when you have received a new order. Please log on to the Marketplace at your earliest convenience to process the order.
You can dispatch an order as soon as it becomes available in the portal.
Please note that if the order is ‘on hold’, you should not dispatch until the order is taken ‘off hold’. Further information regarding on/off hold is available HERE.
You are required to dispatch an order within a reasonable timeframe, normally within three business days, unless the customer is notified of dispatch delay.
