The path to adding new products will differ depending on the setup of your account. Please refer to the relevant section below:
Manual Sellers:
For: Sellers who use the manual MyDeal .csv template and manage products via the marketplace.
Complete product importing instructions can be found at the following link:
Once you are comfortable with the formatting requirements please complete the ‘Product Data CSV File’ (found on page 6) with your latest products (minimum products: 20) and submit a request using the seller enquiry type 'New Listing Submission'. The team will then begin the process of listing those deals.
Custom Product Feed Sellers:
For: Those sellers using a live product feed to manage their product range.
If your MyDeal account has been integrated with a live product feed kindly submit a request using the seller enquiry type 'New Listing Submission' with a list of the SKUs which you would like added to MyDeal. The team will then begin the process of listing those deals.
API Sellers:
For: Sellers integrated using Shopify/Neto/Woocommerce/Magento v1 & v2.
If your MyDeal account has been integrated with your website platform simply advice the MyDeal team that new SKUs are available in your system by submit a request using the seller enquiry type 'New Listing Submission'. If you would only like to offer certain products please provide a list of SKUs that you would like to see on MyDeal.
MyDeal API Sellers:
For: Those sellers using the MyDeal API to manage their product range.
To add new products, you will need to push the new product data to the ‘/products’ endpoint. This data will be sent to a screening queue pending a review from MyDeal.
Once the new product data is approved, MyDeal will proceed with the upload. Your products will then be launched and one of our agents will prompt you to check the deal page information.
