Updating your images will differ depending on the setup of your account. Please refer to the relevant section below.
Ensure any updates are compliant with the below;
Manual CSV
For sellers who manage their store via CSV in the Marketplace Portal.
Add the new image URLs via the Update or Create New Products feature in your Marketplace Portal. Ensure the images are provided as direct image URLs.
Channel Integrations
For sellers integrated using ShopifyApp, NetoApp, ChannelAdvisor, Omnivore, IntelligentReach, Comestri, Channel Engine, WooCommerce, Magento2.
Simply update the images in your e-commerce platform. If syncing is completed without any import errors, the images will be reflected on MyDeal on the next sync. See below for details.
ShopifyApp | Timings & Specs (ShopifyApp)
NetoApp | Timings & Specs (NetoApp)
WooCommerce and Magento2 | By default, full syncs are run once per week. If you need updates to be pulled immediately, please submit a request.
Other Channel Partners | Content updates will be pushed to us per regular processing on your platform.
MyDeal Universal API
For sellers using the MyDeal Universal API to manage their product range.
To update the images for your products, you will need to update the "Images":
[]
array via the /products
endpoint. Updates will be queued for automatic processing and reflected on MyDeal once completed.

In the event that updates have not been reflected on MyDeal as expected, please submit a request for us to investigate.
