Updating your RRP will differ depending on the setup of your account. Please refer to the relevant section below:
Manual Sellers:
For: Sellers who use the manual MyDeal .csv template and manage products via the marketplace.
To update your RRPs simply complete a spreadsheet with the relevant SKUs and new RRPs, send that to the team via a request with the seller enquiry type 'Price Update Request'. We will then arrange for the appropriate changes to be made.
Custom Product Feed Sellers:
For: Those sellers using a live product feed to manage their product range.
If your MyDeal account has been integrated with a live product feed, your RRPs will be automatically updated based on the values within your feed. To update your RRPs on MyDeal simply update the values within your feed and the changes will be reflected on MyDeal at the next automated update.
API Sellers:
For: Sellers integrated using Shopify/Neto/Woocommerce/Magento v1 & v2.
If your MyDeal account has been integrated with your website platform updating your prices is as simple as updating the values within your system. The changes will be reflected on your MyDeal listings at the time of the next automated pricing update.
MyDeal API Sellers:
For: Those sellers using the MyDeal API to manage their product range.
To update the RRPs for your products, you will need to push the updated product price to the ‘/products/quantityprice’ endpoint. RRPs will be updated on MyDeal in near real time.
