Updating your deal titles differs depending on the set up of your account. Please refer to the sections below for the different account set up types:
Manual Sellers: For: Sellers who use the manual MyDeal .csv template and manage products via the marketplace.
Please notify our team of any deal title updates by sending an enquiry with the product SKU/s and updated deal title/s. Our team will complete the update.
Live Product Feed Sellers: For: Those sellers using a live product feed to manage their product range.
If your MyDeal account has been integrated with a live product feed, your deal titles need to be up to date within this feed.
Once updated within the feed, please notify our team by sending an enquiry with the product SKU/s and updated deal title/s. Our team will complete the update the deal titles based on the feed.
API Sellers: For: Sellers integrated using Shopify/Neto/Woocommerce/Magento v1 & v2.
If your MyDeal account has been integrated with your website platform, your deal titles need to be updated within your API. Your deal titles will match those on your website/within your API.
Please update the deal titles as you normally would on your own website and notify our team of the SKUs of the products that require the update. We will then prompt the deal team to update your product range by fetching the latest data from your API.
MyDeal API Sellers: For: Those sellers using the MyDeal API to manage their product range.
To update your deal titles, you will need to push any updated product data to the ‘/products’ endpoint. This data will be sent to a screening queue pending a review from MyDeal.
Once MyDeal has approved the updates, our team will process your updated deal titles. Your titles may not be updated immediately but will be published a short time later.
