IMPORTANT >> Shopify can not guarantee that all updates reach MyDeal, so in the event that an update doesn't appear to have been processed, we need sellers to undo and redo the action to trigger the update.
If you believe a Stock or Price update has not been processed, please redo the action in Shopify and wait 15 minutes.
If you believe a product update/new product update has not been processed, please redo the action in Shopify and wait 24 hours.
If you are integrated through the MyDeal ShopifyApp, your products will be automatically updated as follows:
|New Product Uploads||Within 24 hours|
|Making Products Available/Unavailable||Every 15 minutes|
|Content Updates (Titles, Descriptions, Images)||Within 24 hours|
|Full product sync||Every 7 days*|
|Stock Level Updates||Every 15 minutes|
|Price Updates||Every 15 minutes|
|Order Push||Every 10 minutes|
|Tracking Fetch||Every 3 hours|

Any changes made on the Shipping Assignment page will reflect on the existing products at the time of the next full product sync. The scheduled date for the next full product sync can be found on the Shipping Assignment page in the Seller Portal.

Order management and Stock updates must be integrated for a seller to use the ShopifyApp.
Deal structure (Single vs Variant Deals) will be a direct reflection of what is available on the seller's website. i.e. If a product is set as a variant deal, the same structure will be reflected on MyDeal.
If a seller changes the structure of a deal (e.g. single deals >> variant) will it be created as a new deal and the previously existing deal will be discontinued
Customizations: Customizations are not currently possible for fetching your product data through the MyDeal ShopifyApp.
