Important Specs:
If stock automation is disabled, order automation must be disabled. Stock is directly related with orders so for any Neto integration. Should stock automation be disabled for any reason, order automation cannot successfully run.
If order automation is disabled, stock automation can remain enabled and orders must be managed through the seller portal.
Deal structure (Single vs Variant Deals) will be a direct reflection of what is available on the seller's website. i.e. If a product is set as a variant deal, the same structure will be reflected on MyDeal.
If a seller changes the structure of a deal (e.g. single deals >> variant) will it be created as a new deal and the previously existing deal will be discontinued.

Customizations: All customizations need to be approved by MyDeal. Please submit a request here before making any such changes.
Product Selection: Sellers can set up a misc field within Neto that MyDeal can use as a product identifier when updating a store. See here for details.
After setting this up, sellers need to confirm:
- The title of the field 'Misc01'
- The common value that identifies if a product should be excluded from MyDeal. i.e. 'n'
Special price for MyDeal: MyDeal can fetch prices that are different to the prices on a seller's website (DefaultPrice). Sellers can list MyDeal’s pricing by utilizing the “PriceGroup” field in Neto.
To achieve this, sellers need to:
- Set “Group” as “mydealprice” (all lowercase)
- Set “Price” to be MyDeal’s selling price (i.e. $10)
Order Status can be adjusted to suit a seller's requirements. Sellers will need to contact their account manager to make any such changes.
