MyDeal will fetch your stock quantities and pricing from the default fields within Shopify and is not able to fetch stock data or price date from any custom fields.
MyDeal is referencing to the below fields in the Shopify API to update the Price / RRP / Stock for each listing:
- Price: "price"
- RRP: "compare_at_price"
- Stock: "inventory_quantity"
To exclude/discontinue any products from sale on MyDeal, please ensure they are made unavailable to MyDeal through the App. See How to manage product availability via import on Shopify
Price automation can be disabled if you wish to set custom pricing for MyDeal. Sellers are required to manage their pricing via the MyDeal Marketplace Portal in these instances. If you wish to disable price automation, please submit a request here.

If you believe a Stock or Price update has not been processed, please redo the action in Shopify and wait 15 minutes.
