The following information is only applicable to sellers who may have been using the MyDeal Zendesk ticketing system to handle customer enquiries previously. Please see the following list for the functionalities that will no longer be available when using the new 'Enquiry Inbox' feature:
Sellers will no longer:
- Have direct access to Zendesk ticketing system
- Be able to add 'Private Notes' to tickets
- Merge tickets
- Contact MyDeal on customer tickets via notes
- Have access to Macros
- Have access to phone recordings (for phone tickets)
- Be able to contact MyDeal directly for order enquiries via the Marketplace. All other enquiries can still be raised to MyDeal here.
Only customer enquiries will be visible on the Enquiry Inbox. All other enquiries with MyDeal will be over Email.
