If sellers no longer wish to sell their products on MyDeal.com.au and close their Seller Account, please submit a request to us and provide the reason for the account closure request.
MyDeal encourages sellers to provide feedback and as much information as possible before considering account closure as it can enable us to identify possible opportunities for your products to remain on the marketplace.
Please Note - MyDeal requires advanced notice before completing account closures, please ensure you provide as much notice as possible. All outstanding orders and customer enquiries must be processed before account closure can be completed.
