MyDeal customers are now able to opt in for a premium support service that includes Freight Protection upon checkout (Excluding Direct Imports). This is available on all products excluding those coming from outside of Australia.
This should add no additional effort to your workload as our system will automatically prioritize the customers ticket within your enquiry inbox. These customer tickets will be labelled with a ‘Priority Customer’ Tag if the customer has purchased freight protection.
In cases where a replacement or part may be required, MyDeal may request that sellers arrange express shipping to the customer where possible. MyDeal will then cover the additional costs of the express shipping.
Should the customer mention freight protection, please let us know by submitting your request here.
Note - Freight Protection is only applicable should an aftersales issue arise. MyDeal expects no change to the handling of the initial order.
