You will receive an email notification when you have received a new order.
- If you are integrated via API for orders: The order will flow through to your backend. For the information on when the order will be synced, please see the "Timings and Specs" article for your relevant platform HERE.
- If you are managing orders manually, please log on to the Marketplace at your earliest convenience to process the order.
You can dispatch an order as soon as it becomes available in the portal and/or has been received in your backend .
Please note that if the order is ‘on hold’, you should not dispatch until the order is taken ‘off hold’. Further information regarding on/off hold is available HERE.
You are required to dispatch an order within a reasonable timeframe, normally within 2 business days.
