When you will be away and cannot process your orders or attend to enquiries for more than 2 business days, you are required to put your store on hold.
As per MyDeal Seller SLA's all orders must be dispatched within 2 business days. Any orders left unfulfilled while you are away may be refunded by the MyDeal team, so that customers will not be disappointed.
When you have returned, please dispatch any pending orders and attend to any enquiries as soon as possible.
