For manual suppliers experiencing issues when attempting to update stock levels please confirm that you have checked the following:
File Formatting:
Before importing your stock update be sure to save the file as a ‘CSV (Comma delimited)’.
File Data:
After exporting your stock file from the MyDeal marketplace the only change required is to update the ‘StockOnHand’ column and reimport, please note you should not edit the values in any other columns to avoid importing issues.
Browser Error:
If once you have confirmed the file is formatted and filled in correctly and you are still having trouble importing please try importing through an alternate internet browser. In the past some sellers have experienced issues when attempting to import through Mozilla Firefox in particular.
