Important Specs:
Sellers can choose to integrate with Magento 1 in the following ways:
- Automate all aspects (Stock, Price, Orders) >> Preferred Option
- Automate Stock and Price but NOT Orders
**Sellers cannot disable Stock and Price automation if Orders are automated
The total amount ($) on the orders in your Magento Dashboard might not match with the total amount on your MyDeal invoice. Magento API only allows MyDeal to send the order with SKU and Quantity, where the total order amount (product price + freight cost) is automatically generated from the API. In the case where the freight cost differs at MyDeal and your Magento API, the total order amount will differ.
Deal structure (Single vs Variant Deals): MyDeal can only import "simple" (standalone) products via Magento 1. This means that MyDeal is unable to support variant products.
Payment Methods: MyDeal can only support default Magento 1 Payment Methods (not external payment method like Paypal / eway / zippay)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Customizations: All customizations need to be approved by MyDeal. Please submit a request here before making any such changes.
Sellers can create a separate store_id for MyDeal. This will enable the seller to:
- Curate a list of products to be added to their store
- Apply a different price to their own website
- Allocate a different stock quantity to their own website
Please refer to your Magento support agent for information setting this up.
