Changes to personal information such as bank details can only be authorized by the main contact person associated with a seller account.
Such changes are subject to MyDeal verification; sellers are required to get in touch with us so we can process the update.
Once we have received your request, you will be asked to fill out a document followed by a phone verification to complete such updates. This needs to be completed by the main contact person assigned to the account.
