Orders can be placed on hold if it requires security verification or if it has been canceled before dispatch with a full refund.
You will receive an email notification when an order has been placed on hold. Unless the order has been canceled, MyDeal requests that stock be reserved for these orders, but refrain from dispatching the order until you receive a further notification advising that the order has been taken off hold.
If you dispatch an order that is still on hold pending security verification, please contact MyDeal immediately along with the tracking number.
If the order is on hold for:
- Verification: Please try retrieving the consignment from the courier.
- Cancellation: Please get in touch with the courier to retrieve the consignment. MyDeal cannot assist with goods that have been shipped by error by the seller.
Please note: Please do not dispatch an item that is ‘on hold’. If the order is classified as fraudulent, MyDeal will not be responsible for the recovery of the dispatched item or loss of funds. Please contact MyDeal to confirm the status of the order if unsure and see further details HERE.
Once the order has been taken off hold by the , you will receive another notification upon which you can dispatch the order.
Orders that are on hold are indicated on order pages with the status as "On-Hold" in red background.
