The ticket page will display the emails between the customer and seller. Order/product information is available on the right side of the ticket for your reference.
Steps:
- Click on the ticket number link in your views to open the ticket.
- Type your message to the customer in the ‘TO’ box at the bottom of the page.
- Click ‘Submit’ with the appropriate status.
Please note: Your tickets are direct communication with the customer, not MyDeal. Please do not address your responses to MyDeal as we will not be receiving them.
