If you are setting up your account via user invitation, after creating a new password, you will be prompted to select a preferred MFA method between an Authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, or SMS.
Existing users whose MFA methods have been removed also need to set up MFA via the steps on this page to be able to access the Seller Portal.
Note: We recommend using an authenticator app, as SMS can be sent to select countries only, and some users may experience issues receiving verification codes via SMS.
If the below page shows during the login steps, select the company name, and please disregard “Continue with personal account”
A. Using an authenticator app (recommended)
1. After selecting “Google Authenticator or similar”, scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator app on your phone.
2. Input the one-time code generated on your authenticator app to the box below the QR code on the portal.
3. You can now access the portal.
B. Using SMS
Note: We recommend using an authenticator app, as SMS can be sent to select countries only, and some users may experience issues receiving verification codes via SMS.
1. After selecting “SMS” as the authentication method, enter a country code and a mobile number to which a verification code should be sent.
Note: Currently only the following country codes are supported:
- Australia (AU) +61
- New Zealand (NZ) +64
- Indonesia (ID) +62
- Canada (CA) +1
- United States (US) +1
- Philippines (PH) +63
2. A verification code will be sent to the nominated mobile number. Input the 6-digit code sent to the mobile number via SMS.
Note: Each code expires after 15 minutes; you can request a new code by clicking “Didn’t receive the code? Resend” below the “Verify” button.
3. You can now access the portal.
