Admin users can clear MFA for other users. Should you become aware of any unauthorised access into the Seller Portal, please use this feature to block the user’s access. If any users are having trouble logging in, or if a user’s mobile number has changed, admin users can clear MFA for that user to allow them to reset their MFA.
Any users (admin or non-admin) can update their own MFA preferences. For authorised users needing to reset their MFA method for themselves, please refer to the “Resetting an MFA method“ part of this hel particle: Seller Portal User Management - Updating User Preferences
How to clear MFA for other users:
- Go to “Administration” on the left hand navigation, then click “User Management.”
- Click “Clear MFA” next to the applicable user
Note: This function is available to admin users only. Ask your account’s admin user if you do not have admin access.
