Having trouble logging in? Please check the following.
- Please log in with your own individual email address with MFA. Old credentials shared by all users within a seller account have been disabled as of February 2024. Please contact an admin role user within your account who can invite additional users (For more see this help article).
- If you face the error message “Wrong email or password,” or have trouble with the MFA login step (such as the one-time code not accepted, cannot locate the one-time code), there are 2 ways to fix this:
- Reset your password: If you are having trouble with your password, you can try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” Please input the correct email address associated with your own individual login account in this case, not the email address associated with the old shared login account. You also need to have your an existing individual login account to reset your password.
- Ask an Admin Role User to reset your account: please contact an admin role user within your account, so they can reset your password and MFA method (For more see this help article).
- If you face the error message “Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts,” please try logging in again after 1 hour. If the error still persists, please contact us with the screenshot of the error message.
- If you believe no one within your seller account has set up an individual login account with MFA yet, please contact us for further assistance.
